By participating in telehealth appointments, you agree to provide accurate medical information, ensure you are in a safe and private environment during visits, use reliable technology, and follow the treatment recommendations provided. You understand that telehealth is not appropriate for emergency situations. If you experience a medical emergency, you must call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. By continuing to use our telehealth services, you confirm that you understand the risks and benefits, consent to receiving medical care via telehealth, and recognize that you may withdraw your consent at any time by discontinuing use of our services.
